ITINERARY

DAY 01
07:00 Hrs. Bus Lima - Ica (Duration 4 Hrs.).
12:00 Hrs. Arrival to Ica and transfer to the hotel.
14:00 Hrs. CITY TOUR ICA (Duration 4 Hrs.).
We visit the city of Ica. It includes the main square of Ica, the church of Lord of Luren, the Regional Museum of Cachiche, also we visit the town of witches, the Huacachina Lagoon, the coloring of its Countrysides and a extraordinary desert with dunes. Visit to the wineries of the zone where we will be able to taste delicious wines and piscos of the place, candy purchase and others.
* Huacachina Lagoon
A beautiful oasis 5 km (3 miles) from the city of Ica. Waters are full of sulfurous and saline matters that give the lagoon therapeutic properties.
* Sanctuary of Luren
It keeps the image of the Lord of Luren - city's patron saint - wich is taken out in a procession at Easter and in the third week of October. The sanctuary dates from 1943.
* Regional Museum
This important museum display numerous and interesting artifacts from the various cultural periods of regional history. Pottery, textiles and evidence of medical practices by the Paracas and Nasca cultures stand out.
* Wineries
Located in the countryside of Ica. A close look can be taken at the making of "cachina", wine and "pisco" or grape brandy. Among the most representative wineries are Vista Alegre, Tacama and Ocucaje. Traditional method wineries are Mejia, El Catador and Lovera.

Free afternoon to lunch and enjoy of Ica practicing sandbording or riding in the buggies over the dunes of Ica (Lunch and additional tours are not included).

DAY 02
Breakfast in the hotel.
08:00 Hrs. Pick up from the hotel and transfer to Nazca.
Arrival to Nazca and transfer to the aerodrome.
FLIGHT OVER NAZCA LINES
From the sky we will observe some lines and figures of Pampas of San Jose that has 500 hectares and they have been studied by many years by the Dra. Maria Reiche.
From the Aerodrome of Nazca a small plane will be approached and it will take us towards the mysterious Lines of Nazca where it will observed 12 figures: The Whale, trapezoids, the Monkey, the dog, the Condor, the Spider, the Colibri, Alcatras, Papagayo, the Hands, the Tree and the most mysterious The Astronaut. The flight lasts 30 - 35 minutes approximately.
Visit to the Cantalloc acueducts and a Nazca pottery workshop.
Visit to Paredones.
Free time to lunch and for personal activities (Lunch is not included).
16:15 Hrs. Transfer to the bus terminal.
18:30 Hrs. Bus Nazca - Paracas.
Pick up from the bus terminal and transfer to the hotel.
Overnight in Paracas.

DAY 03
Breakfast in the hotel.
08:00 Hrs. TOUR TO BALLESTAS ISLANDS
From the Paracas beach and port, located in Pisco, we visit by boat the Ballestas and San Gallan islands , habitat of sea dogs, guaneras birds, penguins, and diversity of marine fauna. On the way one can see a figure of El Candelabro, engraved on the slope of a hill. El Candelabro is a geoglyph of great rocky formation eroded by the sea and the wind. It has a width of more than 120 meters which is also called Tres Cruces or Trident. The best way to see it is from the sea. Return to the port.
11:00 Hrs. TOUR TO PARACAS NATIONAL RESERVE
The Paracas National Reserve has a surface of 3.350 hectares. It is one of the most important, protected areas of Peru, being the only one that has a marine ecosystem. The place is a refuge for sea dogs, Humboldt penguins, flamingos and others. It is located at 250 kilometers from Lima. Return to Paracas.
Free afternoon for lunch and enjoy the port and Paracas Bay.

15:30 Hrs. Bus Paracas - Lima.
